This Privacy Policy explains how JustPac LLC d/b/a DashClip ("DashClip," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you visit thedashclip.com (the "Site"), buy from us, sign up for our emails or texts, or otherwise interact with us (together, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

Information you give us. This includes:

  • Contact details — name, email, phone number, shipping and billing address.

  • Order details — products purchased, order history, payment confirmation (we do not store full card numbers; payments are handled by our payment processors).

  • Personalization content — names, initials, dates, logos, artwork, and other text or images you submit to be engraved or printed on a product.

  • Account details — login credentials and preferences if you create an account.

  • Communications — messages, reviews, survey answers, and anything you send us through email, chat, phone, or social media.

  • Business details — for golf clubs, resorts, and corporate customers: company name, title, tax-exemption or reseller certificates, and billing contacts.

Information collected automatically. When you use the Site, we and our service providers collect device and browser information, IP address, general location, pages viewed, links clicked, referring site, and similar usage data through cookies, pixels, and similar technologies (see Section 5).

Information from others. We may receive information from Shopify and our payment processors, shipping carriers, advertising and analytics partners, social networks you connect, and business partners or sales representatives who refer you to us.

2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

  • Process, personalize, produce, and ship your orders, and handle returns and remakes.

  • Create proofs and confirm personalization details with you.

  • Provide customer service and respond to your requests.

  • Send order and shipping updates.

  • Send marketing emails and, with your consent, text messages about products, offers, and events.

  • Show you relevant ads on other websites and social media, and measure how our ads perform.

  • Understand how the Site is used and improve our products and Services.

  • Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security issues.

  • Comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

3. HOW WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION

We share personal information only as described here:

  • Service providers that help us run the business — e-commerce hosting (Shopify), payment processing, shipping carriers and shipping software, email and SMS marketing platforms, customer support tools, analytics, accounting and order management systems, and IT and cloud storage. They may use your information only to provide services to us.

  • Advertising and marketing partners, such as Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google, and Shopify's advertising services (including Shopify Audiences), to show you ads and measure results. See Section 4.

  • Production partners, limited to what is needed to produce your personalized item.

  • Sales representatives and authorized resellers, for business accounts they manage.

  • Legal and safety: to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, protect our rights, customers, or others, and enforce our terms.

  • Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of all or part of our business.

  • With your consent or at your direction.

We do not sell your personal information for money.

4. TARGETED ADVERTISING, "SALE," AND "SHARING"

We use advertising partners and services such as Meta, Google, and Shopify Audiences to show you ads for DashClip on other websites and apps and to measure how those ads perform. To do this, information such as identifiers, purchase and browsing activity, and device data may be shared with those partners. Under some state privacy laws, this may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information, or "targeted advertising."

You can opt out at any time by:

  • Clicking the "Your Privacy Choices" / "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link in the Site footer;

  • Turning on the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal in your browser — we treat it as an opt-out request for that browser and device; or

  • Emailing support@thedashclip.com with the subject line "Privacy Opt-Out."

To limit how Shopify's advertising services use your information across Shopify merchants, visit https://privacy.shopify.com/en.

5. COOKIES AND TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES

We use cookies, pixels, and similar tools to keep the Site working (for example, your cart), remember your preferences, understand traffic and usage, and support advertising. For details on cookies used by our Shopify store, see https://www.shopify.com/legal/cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but parts of the Site, including checkout, may not work properly.

6. EMAIL AND TEXT MESSAGES

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any email. If you sign up for text messages, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing texts at the number you provide. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help. We do not share or sell mobile numbers or text-messaging opt-in data with third parties for their own marketing. You may still receive transactional messages about your orders after opting out of marketing.

7. PERSONALIZATION CONTENT

We use the names, text, logos, and images you submit only to produce your order, prepare proofs, provide support, and keep production records. We do not use your personalization content in our marketing without your permission. Please do not submit sensitive personal information (such as government ID numbers or health information) as personalization content.

8. YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • Know and access the personal information we hold about you;

  • Correct inaccurate information;

  • Delete your personal information;

  • Receive a portable copy of your information;

  • Opt out of targeted advertising, "sale," or "sharing" of your information; and

  • Appeal our decision if we decline your request.

To make a request, email support@thedashclip.com or call (903) 502-3274. We will verify your identity before responding and will respond within the time required by applicable law. You may use an authorized agent; we may ask for proof of their authority. To appeal a decision, reply to our response with "Appeal" in the subject line. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. We may keep certain information when the law requires or permits it (for example, tax and order records).

9. DATA RETENTION

We keep personal information for as long as needed to fulfill orders, provide the Services, maintain business, tax, and accounting records, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements, then delete or de-identify it.

10. SECURITY

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information. Payments are processed by PCI-compliant payment processors. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. CHILDREN

The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. We do not knowingly sell or share personal information of anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

12. THIRD-PARTY SITES

The Site may link to other websites and platforms. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices. Please review their policies before sharing information with them.

13. INTERNATIONAL VISITORS

DashClip is based in the United States, and the Services are intended for U.S. customers. If you use the Services from outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States.

14. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and change the "Last Updated" date. Material changes will be highlighted on the Site or sent by email where required.
